Scenario logic, localization, voiceovers, VFX and scene objects were too tightly coupled to the client development cycle.
The workflow connected dedicated authoring tools, CSV-to-JSON data, APIs, AWS S3 delivery, Unity Addressables and runtime-loaded prefab content.
Scenario production was reduced from approximately 8–9 months to 1–2 months—about a 75% improvement. Content and logic could be updated without rebuilding the client for every scenario change.
The result came from a connected production system spanning authoring UX, data contracts, cloud delivery and runtime behavior—not from a single Unity feature.
